I’m Nick Bogart, founder of Gem State Consulting. For more than 25 years I’ve helped organizations understand how their work actually gets done, and then make it better.
I started in a regulated manufacturing environment at L3Harris, managing ERP systems and over a million controlled engineering records. From there I spent 12 years as an implementation and solutions consultant, leading more than 500 software rollouts and 50+ integrations for companies ranging from small manufacturers to enterprises with multi-million-dollar projects.
Large companies have entire teams for process improvement, documentation and technology planning. Most small businesses don’t. Gem State Consulting brings that same experience to growing local businesses, at a scale and price that make sense.
